Buyer centre

Buy property with
better questions.

Whether you are buying a home, commercial space, land or an investment property, Oasis Innova helps organise the journey while keeping final verification and professional advice clearly visible.

Buyer journey

Seven stages from brief to handover.

The pathway is educational and operational guidance. The final process depends on the property, contracting party, jurisdiction, funding route and professional advice.

01

Define the brief

Country, location, property type, intended use, approximate budget, funding route and target timing.

02

Discover responsibly

Review Oasis, partner or third-party opportunities only when the source, responsible party and current status are identifiable.

03

Compare consistently

Compare usable area, location, price basis, charges, payment stages, specifications, delivery stage and material risks.

04

Visit & question

Arrange a confirmed site visit or virtual review; record questions about access, surroundings, construction, services and management.

05

Verify independently

Use appropriate legal, technical, financial and tax advisers. Confirm title or tenure, authority, approvals, contracts and payment instructions.

06

Contract & pay safely

Read the final agreement, understand milestones and pay only to the officially documented recipient through an independently verified channel.

07

Monitor & hand over

Track agreed progress, variations, inspections, completion documents, defects, utilities, possession and continuing obligations.

Comparison framework

01

Property identity

Reference, address or location, responsible developer/seller and Oasis role.

02

Space & use

Land area, gross area, usable area, configuration, permitted or intended use.

03

Commercial basis

Dated price, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, fees, service charges and payment stages.

04

Status & timing

Availability date, approval stage, construction progress and expected delivery basis.

05

Quality & specification

Drawings, materials, systems, amenities, warranties and change provisions where applicable.

06

Risk & exit

Constraints, financing conditions, resale or leasing considerations and independent-advice needs.

Make the visit useful

Go beyond the
first impression.

Use these question prompts to record observations and unresolved issues. A viewing is not a technical inspection or confirmation that a property is suitable for purchase.

A home or apartment

  • How does the actual room layout compare with the information provided?
  • What can you observe about daylight, ventilation, noise and privacy at the time of your visit?
  • Which parking, storage and shared spaces are included, and who manages them?
  • Which visible issues should be recorded for an independent inspector?

Commercial premises

  • How will customers, employees, deliveries and servicing reach the premises?
  • What information is available about utilities, loading, signage and operating restrictions?
  • What alterations would your proposed use require, and who should assess them?
  • Who is responsible for shared-area maintenance and recurring charges?

Land or a plot

  • Can a qualified surveyor reconcile the stated area and boundaries with the site?
  • What is known about access, adjoining uses and utility connections?
  • Which site, drainage or ground-condition questions need professional investigation?
  • What documentation supports the stated current use and proposed development possibilities?

Before possession

Ask for a clear handover pack.

Discuss the agreed specification, inspection record, unresolved defects, keys and access devices, utility arrangements, available manuals and warranties, and the contact responsible for follow-up. Confirm which items actually apply to the property and agreement.
