Governance & ethics

Trust requires
visible behaviours.

Oasis Innova’s governance approach is built around clear roles, accurate information, responsible professional boundaries, safe payment practices and a practical route for raising concerns.

Business conduct commitments

01

Honest representation

Describe the company, opportunity, role, status and limitations accurately. Correct material errors when identified.

02

Authority & accountability

Confirm who may instruct, approve, contract, receive funds and make project commitments.

03

Conflicts of interest

Disclose material relationships or interests that could affect impartiality, pricing, recommendations or appointments.

04

Responsible information

Protect confidential and personal information, use proportionate access and avoid requesting sensitive data through unsuitable channels.

05

Fair procurement

Evaluate suppliers and contractors on relevant capability, quality, safety, compliance, commercial clarity and integrity.

06

Safe payment practices

Use documented payment instructions and independent verification. The public website does not collect property-purchase or investment funds.

07

Professional boundaries

Use appropriately appointed legal, financial, tax, architecture, engineering, construction and other professionals when required.

08

Speak-up culture

Receive good-faith concerns respectfully, avoid retaliation and preserve records needed for responsible review.

Decision discipline

A responsible answer
is not always “yes”.

This framework sets out how we intend to communicate review outcomes. A preliminary discussion should not be mistaken for project approval, investment acceptance or a promise to proceed.

01

Proceed

The scope, responsible parties and necessary information support the next defined stage. Record who approved it and any conditions.

02

Clarify

A material detail is missing or inconsistent. Identify the question, evidence needed and person responsible for resolving it.

03

Pause

A critical dependency, unresolved concern or change prevents responsible progression. Explain what must change before review resumes.

04

Decline

The opportunity is outside the agreed capability, authority or conduct standards. Communicate the boundary without implying an appointment.

Management review framework

Measure the work behind the promise.

For an agreed engagement, useful review topics include outstanding customer requests, decisions awaiting approval, milestone changes, open quality issues and completion of handover records. Each measure needs a definition, reporting period and responsible person.

No invented scorecards

These are proposed review categories—not published performance figures, audited results or service-level guarantees. Targets should be agreed for the actual scope and revised openly when assumptions change.

What may be reported

Raise a concern early and factually.

Provide dates, people or organisations involved, the property or project reference if available, what occurred and what resolution you are seeking. Do not make knowingly false allegations.

  • Fraudulent use of the Oasis Innova name or logo
  • Suspicious payment instructions or impersonation
  • Undisclosed conflict or improper inducement
  • Misleading project, property or commercial information
  • Privacy, confidentiality or information-handling concern
  • Safety, quality or professional-conduct concern
  • Dissatisfaction with service, communication or process

Important boundary

Principles are not certifications.

These commitments describe Oasis Innova’s intended business conduct. They do not claim a regulatory status, management-system certification, professional licence or independent assurance. Engagement-specific obligations come from applicable law and signed agreements.

Feedback & concerns

Use the formal review pathway.
